Sime Darby Industrial Asia Management Trainee Program is one of talent development program aimed at developing future managers for the company. During the 27-month training period, you will receive various customized training.
-3个月的脱岗培训，培训内容不仅包括理论型的：产品知识学习，商务沟通技巧，商务数据分析、领导力、部门运作流程等；还包括实践型的：团队建设，拆装发动机，CAT机器运行原理与实操，参观卡特彼勒公司等；
-3 months off-the-job training, which includes not only theoretical product knowledge learning, business communication skills, business data analysis, leadership, departmental operation processes, etc., but also team building, engine disassembly and assembly, CAT machine operating principles, practical exercises, and visit Caterpillar etc.

As a Leader, according to the company's development goals, develop Sales plan and sales strategy; lead the team to continuously develop new customers, use customer relationship management (CRM) system, and manage salesmen.
l 情报员：收集同行业商业情报，及时了解市场信息，调整销售策略；
As a Intelligence officer, collect commercial intelligence in the industry, keep in touch with market information timely and adjust sales strategies.
l 策划者：与市场部共同制定并完成市场推广活动。
As a Planner, work with marketing department to develop and complete marketing activities.
2.产品技术服务支持
Product Support
l 技术专家：监管业务部门的技术支持，确保该团队为销售提供及时的服务；
As technical experts, oversee the technical support of the business units and ensure that the team provides timely service to sales.
l 协作者：为客户提供专业的售前售后服务咨询，并与卡特的工程师定期反馈问题，对机器图纸做技术交流。
As a Collaborator, provide professional pre-sales and after-sales service consultation to customers, and provide regular feedback on problems with CAT’s engineers and do technical communication on machine drawings.

【We are looking for】
1、2023届或2022届毕业生，本科或以上学历，机械类、电气类、管理类等相关专业；
2023 or 2022 graduates with bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, management or other related fields.
2、通过CET-4或以上，如有IELTS雅思/TOEFL托福/GRE，成绩也需要注明；
Pass CET-4 or above, IELTS\TOFEL\GRE scores also be indicated.
3、富有责任感，有学生社团机构活动或者大型项目活动经验者优先；
